Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse/ Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse
Length/Type of Post: Permanent, Full Time.
Salary:£30,774 - £34,293
You will be working at a purpose-built low secure hospital which offers personalised assessment and recovery-based treatment pathways, including a trauma specific pathway, for women with complex care needs.
You will join the multidisciplinary team in providing specialist care for people with a diagnosis of severe and enduring mental illness and/or personality disorder and/or mild learning disability.
The combination of general low secure wards and a recovery ward area (also within the low secure perimeter) provide a seamless internal care pathway supporting and empowering recovery and rehabilitation.
The service operates 24/7. Standard shifts are 12.5 hours a day.
As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will ensure male and female service users (Adults 18+) in the rehabilitation facility receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promote good teamwork.
No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine.
