Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse or Registered Nurse

Salary: £25,500 - £29,500 + Benefits
Our client has over 50 Mental Health Hospitals and Supported Living Services for individuals with learning disabilities. They are a unique, young, dynamic company with a passion for the delivery of individual centred care who are led and delivered by a management team with enormous industry experience.
You will be working at a recovery focused, rehabilitation unit providing specialist mental health treatment for males aged 18 and over. Working as part of a team, you will provide individualised care and treatment utilising least restrictive practice principles and safe practice to support Service Users in their recovery. It is committed to delivering a high standard of care, with the Service User encouraged and supported to be actively involved in the development and review of their treatment and pathway in accordance with their own abilities.
As a qualified RMN nurse – with experience - you will ensure male adults with mental health conditions receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promote good teamwork.
No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine.

Experience of prison nursing is required for General Nurses.
